Boundary Bend has started selling products targeted at Millennials (otherwise known as Generation Y) in the United States who have a high disposable income.
The estate’s Rob McGavin said market research showed word of mouth was key to growing a reputation in the market.
“How the product looks and feels both in terms of bottle shape and label is crucially important to them noticing you in the first place,”
“How you communicate with them is very important too. And I think there’s just no secrets.” RobMcGavin said.
