History

Boundary Bend Limited (BBL) is a public unlisted company that was established in 1998 by visionary horticulturalists Rob McGavin and Paul Riordan. What began as an initial planting of 200 hectares at Boundary Bend Estate has grown to become Australia’s largest fully integrated modern olive business, located on 6 sites across Victoria and employing almost 100 full-time staff.

In 2006 Boundary Bend Limited purchased the Cobram Estate brand, which is one of Australia’s leading supermarket and gourmet brands.  Products are stocked in over 1,500 supermarkets within Australia and are also exported to countries such as New Zealand, USA, Canada, China, Hong Kong and Singapore.

In 2009 Boundary Bend Limited acquired the Timbercorp olive groves and in 2012 Boundary Bend Limited acquired the #2 Australian olive oil brand, Red Island.
